Our winter exhibition will close at the end of next week and we say farewell to our group of fantastic sculptors with a reception in the garden on Saturday 30th April. This is an opportunity to take a final wander through the many stunning pieces on display, meet their creators and perhaps even pick up a new piece of art for your home or garden! You are warmly invited to join us for this wrap-up gathering, including a glass of wine and nibbles.
As if that were not enough to lure you into our garden next Saturday, we are delighted to announce a new feature which will be unveiled at the same time. Kindly donated to us, on loan, by Cumnor based garden design company Gardens for Good, is a magnificent, hand-made Fern Seat. First shown as part of an award-winning show garden at Hampton Court Palace – “Calm Amidst Chaos” in 2019, the seat has been built by local craftsmen and will be a welcome addition to our garden furniture. It is not just a marvellous piece to look at, but is a fully functioning, and comfortable resting place!
So, please come and join us at 3pm on Saturday 30th April at the Turrill Sculpture Garden, enjoy the valediction to the departing sculptures and welcome our new leafy installation. Entrance and refreshments are complimentary, so no excuses!
